When you contact us

If you call or email us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

Website delivery

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. This involves processing technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information. We use Cloudflare’s country-level location estimate to choose the website’s advertising settings. Our country-check service does not store a visitor record or return your IP address. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its services.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find this website and use its content. When enabled, it measures page visits, referral and campaign sources, device information, scrolls, section views, navigation and FAQ interactions, and phone or email link clicks. A contact click indicates interest; it does not tell us that a call or email was completed. We do not send message contents or contact details as analytics events. Unknown URL query parameters are excluded from our Analytics page URL, while campaign and Google ad-click parameters are retained for attribution.

Analytics follows the same location and privacy-choice controls described below. An opt-out or Global Privacy Control blocks both Analytics and remarketing. Google signals and advertising personalization for our Analytics tag are disabled; our separate Google Ads and Meta tags provide remarketing.

Advertising and remarketing

We use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag to measure visits to our homepage and help show relevant Sambuno ads to previous visitors on Meta services and Google’s advertising network. A homepage visit can qualify for our remarketing audience; you do not need to contact us or submit a form. Audience matching and ad delivery depend on the advertising platform and your browser settings.

For visits identified as coming from the United States, analytics and marketing tracking start automatically unless you have opted out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. For other locations, or when location cannot be determined, we wait for you to choose “Allow analytics & marketing.” Previous opt-outs are respected.

When tracking is enabled, Meta and Google may receive page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses, cookie identifiers and ad-click identifiers. They may use these for advertising measurement and personalization under its policies. Sharing identifiers and browsing activity for targeted advertising can constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws. You can opt out below.

Our implementation does not send the contents of your email or call, or supply your name, email address or phone number for advanced matching or enhanced conversions. Phone and email link clicks are recorded separately as contact intent, not completed inquiries. We do not use visits to this privacy page to build our remarketing audience.

Your choices

Use “Opt out of analytics & marketing” below to stop future analytics and marketing tracking from this site. You can also open “Your privacy choices” in the homepage footer and choose “Opt out of analytics & marketing.” Opt-outs remain in this browser’s local storage until you change your choice or clear browser data; an explicit permission to allow analytics and marketing is remembered for up to 180 days. The privacy settings panel opens only when you select “Your privacy choices.” Opening or closing it does not change your analytics and marketing preference.

Opting out stops future Analytics and remarketing events, revokes Google analytics and advertising consent, and removes accessible Meta and Google first-party analytics and advertising cookies where possible. Google may receive a consent-status update when you opt out after its tag has loaded. Opting out does not undo information already received by these providers. Global Privacy Control is honored even if marketing was previously allowed. Browser settings and content blockers can also limit tracking. The website stays available regardless of your choice.
